“L’enfant et les sortiléges” It's not only an opera for children, in which they will easily recognize themselves; but adult audiences will also find its message.

This piece comes to us a century later to confront us with our surroundings and review the ways in which we connect with others, with family, with nature, with the world around us.

It's time, perhaps, to wake up, without having to go through a nightmare, as happens to the protagonist of our opera, to realize that we still have time to rebuild our present with imagination and responsibility.

To dream of a tomorrow as Ravel himself captured in this work, based on empathy, opening ourselves to the needs of others and the world through kindness and caring.
