World première of this opera based on the life of Jewish German-Romanian poet Paul Celan, who survived the Holocaust but, unable to cope with an overpowering sense of guilt, ended his days in 1969 by throwing himself into the River Seine.

This composition by Alejo Pérez was invited to participate in the 2nd Buenos Aires International Theatre Festival.
